Terms of Sale and Use

Last updated: October 23, 2026. These terms apply to palletleads.com and anything you buy from PalletLeads ("we", "us").

1. What you're buying

A county lead pack is a digital data file built after you order, from public records and company websites, and delivered by email within 24 hours of payment. Subscriptions (such as New Facility Alerts) renew monthly until cancelled.

2. License

You may use a pack inside your own business, including sharing it with your own employees and contractors working for you. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute a pack or substantial parts of it, or combine it into a list you sell to others.

3. Accuracy

Businesses open, close, move and change phone numbers. We check data when we build your pack but we do not guarantee that every row is current or that any business will do business with you. Your price is based on verified leads only (businesses we found operating at that address on their own website or another current source in the last 90 days; we don't call them, and we don't promise they have pallets); bonus leads are unverified public-record listings included free and clearly marked. Category and "source/buyer" labels are our estimate of likely pallet activity, not a statement from the business.

4. Use responsibly

You are responsible for following the laws that apply to how you contact businesses, including telemarketing, email (CAN-SPAM) and do-not-call rules, and for respecting property and trespass rules when visiting sites.

5. Refunds

Short count. Every county is priced by its verified leads: by tier at 25 or more, per lead under 25. We verify every count before we deliver. If a county comes in short, we add extra verified leads from next door to make it up: verified leads from an adjacent county not already in your order, labeled “from next door.” You don't need to ask.
Bad verified lead. If a verified lead turns out to be closed, moved, or at the wrong address, report it within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it with a verified lead from next door. If we can't, we'll credit you that lead's share of the price.
Late or missing delivery. If your pack isn't delivered within 24 hours of your order, you can get a full refund.
No refunds for results. A business saying no, or not having pallets that day, isn't a refund reason. Bonus leads and satellite photos are free extras and aren't covered.
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; cancellation stops future charges.

How to report a bad lead: email hello@palletleads.com with the subject line “Bad lead report”, and include the county pack name and the business name.

6. Payments and taxes

Payments are processed by our payment provider, which may act as the reseller/merchant of record and collect applicable sales tax.

7. Affiliates

Some visitors arrive through affiliate links. Affiliates may earn a commission on your purchase at no extra cost to you.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. The site and data are provided "as is."
