PalletLeadsPrivacy Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026. This policy explains what PalletLeads ("we", "us") collects and how we use it.
What we collect from you
- Contact details you give us: email address, and the state and county you ask about.
- Order details when you buy: name, email, billing country/ZIP and what you ordered. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
- Referral data: if you arrive through an affiliate link, the payment provider records which affiliate referred you so they can be paid.
How we use it
- To build and deliver your order and send your receipt.
- To reply to your county request.
- To send product updates if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Data in our lead packs
Our lists contain business establishment information taken from public records and companies' own websites: business name, business address, industry, approximate headcount, and business website and main phone when published. We do not include personal home addresses, personal phone numbers, or consumer data. If you represent a business and want a listing corrected or removed, email hello@palletleads.com and we will act on it within 30 days.
Who we share with
Only service providers that help us run the business, such as our payment, email, form and website hosting providers, under their own privacy terms; and authorities when required by law.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at hello@palletleads.com. Residents of some states have additional rights; we honor them for all users.
